A land purchase is not the same as a home purchase. Sometimes what you see is not always what you CAN get. Land can be split or possibly added to. Let us help.
Here's our guide to the Navigation Bar at the Left
- All Listings - Looking for land in a certain area of the county. This tab is set up with a map so that you can find properties in the area in which you are interested in. Carolina Farms and Estates listings are shown here. Click on the pin-point, then you can click on "more info"
- Search for Properties - This tab will let you search for listings from all Realtors that belong to the North Carolina Multiple Listing Service.
- Receive E-mail Updates- Great Tool!!! I highly suggest this for anyone who wants the latest updates on new listings. We won't "bug" you! It's an automated e-mail. When you see something of interest, call or e-mail us for more information.
- Property Organizer- Again, highly recommended! Keep track of the properties that interest you. It's simple and automated.
- Featured Properties- Skip it. (did I say that?)These are our listing that are included on the Multiple Listing Service. You will find more detailed information on our listings from clicking on the tabs below this one.
- Residential- Self explanatory. These are our listings that have a home included with the property. All of our listings with a home are included here.
- Land and Acreage - Mostly land, but we have included some homes. (some great prices on new construction homes built on 5+ acres) We have divided this into 3 categories to make your search a little easier. All our listings with land will be found here. Some properties will be sold only as a whole, and some can be split.
- Sub-divided Farms - These are the properties that, under the right conditions, the sellers have agreed to splitting into smaller parcels (almost always, the smallest size will be 5 acres). Tim is our expert in this area! Let's say your looking for 16.438 acres (a strange number- but- it's what you really want). You will not find 16.438 acres in your search. Tim will find it for you. He knows what the seller is willing to do, what the county will or will not allow, if there is enough frontage, the best way to split the land, and so on. In a nut-shell - if you see a piece of property that you like, but it is more acreage than you want, CALL TIM! He will let you know if you can have that 16.438 acres out of that 67 acre piece.
- Commercial- These are our listing that have the ability for some type of commercial use. This could be business, farming, industry, etc.
