Originally from Ohio, Tim realized the incredible opportunity that was about to explode in York County and his entrepreneurial spirit kicked in— hence, founding Carolina Farms & Estates LLC.Tim’s decision to move to real estate in 2008 came as no surprise to those who know him.  He is licensed in NC and SC— and as he has said for years—he knows dirt.  His knowledge of land, his ability to speak directly and deal honestly with people and his reputation for creating value make him a “go to” guy when a deal needs to get done.

On any given day, you are sure to see Tim surrounded by his family. Each one takes an active roll in helping out. They know it takes a team to get things done.

His wife, Jackie, helps out in the office. We all know, behind every good, hardworking man - there is a good, hardworking woman.

Sarah, their oldest child, helps with photo's, flyer's, advertising and signs.

Quintin, the oldest son, is the muscle behind the job. He mows the grass, trims the trees, cleans up frontage, places signs, builds fence and much more.

Their third child, Daniella, helps with the making copies of flyer's, cleans new homes and does outside clean-up. 

Their youngest son, Brody, helps with clean-up, weed-eating, trimming, placing signs and much more.
