Tim comes with years of experience in buying and selling land. He has over 24 years of sales experience. Through the years, he has made many contacts - with people just like you. After talking to many customers, friends, and acquaintances - he has come to realize that not everyone wants to - or is able to - list their land with an agent. It may be that the chunk of land they no longer need has such great sentimental value that they don't want it to go to just anyone. They may fear that the land they inherited from their great-great-grandparents will be chopped up into such small pieces, that grandma and grandpa will "roll over". Or maybe it's just that they have a vision for their land, but they don't know how or have the contacts to make the vision come to life. That's were we come in!
Over the years, we have managed many projects from a raw piece of dirt to a finished product. We have the contacts in place that have knowledge, experience, equipment and passion. We also have investors who realize the value of investing in land.
