Property Organizer - What is it and how does it work? We are just like you. The last thing we want is to be constantly bothered by a Realtor once they find out we are looking at properties! Like you, we want to do our homework first. The property organizer allows you to do just that! It's so easy and allows you to look for properties at your own pace. You get to search the Realtors listing service on your own. You can sign up and get updated emails on the exact type and location of property you are looking for. In fact, if you choose, you will get an automated email once a property with your criteria is listed and entered into the listing service. That's right, it's automated, we will not contact you unless we receive an e-mail from you requesting information on a certain property. Try it. We think you will love watching what is new on the market. Once you see a property that you would like more information on, fill out the request form located in the property organizer and Tim will get you the additional information you want. It's easy and confidential!

 Google and land listings.Sometimes they aren't a match. Because land has no residential address, occasionally we have a difficult time getting google to acknowledge the property. We have done our best, but sometimes the location might be a little off. If you want to be sure about the exact location of the land, give Tim Helline a call and he will get you there.
